Developing Tomorrow’s Green Energy. Today.
We want to play a key role in driving the energy transition in Europe. Biomethane is a reliable, constant source of energy.
Find out more about how we plan to maximize the potential of this unique technology.
Working closely with the agricultureal and the food industry
At VORN Bioenergy, we operate biomethane plants across Europe, converting biomass into high-quality biomethane and food-grade CO2. The gas is fed into grids, CO2 returns to the food industry, and residuals become valuable fertiliser – creating a largely CO2-neutral, win-win cycle.
Setting high standards by delivering consistent quality
At every stage of the planning, construction and operation of our plants, we take pride in high quality processes and dedication to excellence in all we do. Right across Europe, we deliver consistent quality for our customers and suppliers – around the clock, 365 days a year.
International Partnerships
Gerald Marunde
For us, international partnership means more than just producing biomethane and food-grade CO2 from biomass in many European countries. International partnership also means driving forward the energy transition internationally together with our customers and suppliers to harnessing the full potential of biomethane by opening up new areas of application.
To do this, we need people who put their heart and soul into shaping this change.”

International Technology
Dr. William Sganzerla
Technological progress does not happen on its own but has to be developed and nurtured every day.” Our expert teams from Engineering and Operations, Asset Management, and Feedstock Management work continuously to make biomethane plants and the processes behind them more efficient. William Sganzerla, Head of Engineering, is one of our experts.

International Expertise
Benedikt Dollinger
Over many years, we have developed expert knowledge and continue to build on it every day. This insight helps us make a decisive contribution to shaping the energy transition and supporting the circular economy by using biomass and residues from the agriculture and the food industry.” Benedikt Dollinger is head of Project Development at VORN Bioenergy.
