What data is processed and from what sources does it come?

We process the data we receive from you as part of your visit to the website.

The processing of your data is carried out for the sale and distribution of our goods and services, for procurement and logistics.

Processing of personal data for advertising purposes (marketing campaigns)

Newsletter

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send our newsletter: we will only send you an initial e-mail newsletter if you have expressly consented to us in advance to activate the newsletter service. Who receives my data?

VORN Bioenergy Italia s.r.l. uses external suppliers to ensure high quality services, who assume the status of "data processors".

If we use external providers, we are still responsible for the protection of your data. All processors we use are obliged, by contract drawn up in writing, to treat your data confidentially and to process it only within the scope of the provision of the service.

These are, for example, IT service providers that we need for the operation and security of our IT system, as well as publishers of advertising and addresses for our advertising campaigns.

For the purpose of complying with legal obligations and in the context of legal proceedings, public authorities (e.g. tax and taxation) and courts as well as external auditors may be recipients of your data.

How long will my data be stored?

We process your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose stated in this policy. Your consent to the newsletter and marketing will be maintained for up to 2 years from the date of collection.

What rights do I have in relation to data protection?

You have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored data, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with the provisions of data protection law.
