One of our core competencies is developing innovative solutions for application areas of the food industry that have not yet been utilised for biomethane production. For example, in olive oil production, residues previously had to be disposed of with high energy costs and significant environmental impact. To change this, we have developed a patented process that not only transforms olive pomace into biomethane and food-grade CO₂ but also provides olive growers and other regional farmers with high-quality fertiliser for their fields.
